For most of two decades I have built digital platforms for not-for-profits, campaigns and cultural institutions. What I care about now is what happens when the tools get good enough that a very small team can build infrastructure that used to need a company: open source that is genuinely usable, European hosting that is not a compromise, and software the people using it actually own.
